 | How Long will it take to clean my carpets? Approximately 2 hours plus to clean all your carpets in a 2 bed house. 3 hours plus for a three bedroom whole house clean. 4 hours plus for a four bedroom whole house clean. Add approximately 1 hour per additional bedroom as the number of rooms increase per property. |
| What are the carpet Drying times? These vary depending on pile and carpet construction. (e.g. Wool or synthetic) Between 1 - 6 hours is the norm. Our drying unit can be used to help speed up the drying process. |
| Can we walk on the cleaned carpet straight away? There is no reason why you cannot walk on the cleaned carpet after cleaning. All chemicals used are safe and non-toxic. If you do walk on them please be aware wet/damp surfaces will cause a slip hazard. Your shoes will become wet and walking on a hard surface may cause you to slip. Put an old towel or non slip mat down at the entrance of any rooms cleaned. Dry your feet thoroughly. |
| Can we put furniture back? Furniture should not be replaced until the carpet is completely dry. Wood, Metal and Leather can cause permanent staining. |
